LEVELLING THE MACHINE

Handling loads and namely lifting or other operations that
need to be conducted with the boom partially or
completely extended are particularly dangerous if they are
carried out with the machine NOT positioned on flat
ground (check the flatness with the level in the cabin on
the right behind the joystick).
To level the machine:
1. press the button on the top of the lever on the left of the steering wheel:
2. keeping the above button pressed, operate on button 5 of the second right side dashboard;
3. press the accelerator pedal to modulate levelling movement speed.
An hydraulic cylinder connected to the chassis lowers or lifts the chassis according to the command given.
The machine can only be levelled with the boom down, the engine running in
neutral "N" and someone in the driver seat. After completing operations
related to moving the equipment up and down, the levelling must be
manually reset by the operator before starting other activities; use the
bubble level to set back the machine to its normal operating conditions.

The box of the main screen indicates the side inclination of
the machine.
This inclination is detected and measured by specific
position sensors.
These sensors have a working range for inclinations between
+5° and -5°, beyond these limits the box indicated
disappears.
The machine is levelled when the angle value is near 0.
