SELECTING THE DRIVING MODE
This machine model allows different modes of vehicle transmission driving and operation modes to be
selected. The following possible modes can be selected from the dedicated button (4) on the second right
side dashboard:
• DRIVE
• ECO
• HANDLING
• CREEPER (OPTIONAL)
4.4.1
DRIVE mode
With the DRIVE mode it is possible to operate up to the maximum speed of the machine, using the
maximum power available from the Diesel engine. Maximum speed is reached at maximum engine speed
and the response curve of the accelerator pedal is typically automotive. It is the mode indicated to fully
make use of the vehicle performances, both as thrust of the transmission and as speed of the telescopic
boom.
4.4.2
ECO mode
By using ECO mode it is possible to operate up to the maximum speed of the machine. Maximum speed is
reached at a limited speed of the Diesel engine (approx. 1800 rpm). The performance of the telescopic
boom is reduced in relation to the lower rpm of the Diesel engine. It is the suitable mode to drive on the
road noticeably limiting fuel consumption and improving the acoustic comfort inside the driver's cabin.
4.4.3
HANDLING mode
With the HANDLING mode it is possible to operate from 0 to approx. 11 km/h, making use of the maximum
torque of the transmission. The sensitivity of the electronic accelerator pedal varies with a softer curve to
manage movement more easily during the work phases.
