Assign Domain Account

Windows 2000
To assign the Domain Account:
1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Computer
Management.
2. Click Local Users and Groups.
3. Click Groups.
4. Click Add and add your users and groups.
5. Click OK.

Configure IIS 5 Settings

To Configure Internet Information Services version 5, you must configure the following:
Set Anonymous Connection of the default FTP site
Set Anonymous Connection on the Default Web Site
Set up the Default Web Site
To Set Anonymous Connection of the default FTP site:
1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet
Service Manager.
2. Select the Default FTP Site.
3. Select Action Properties.
4. Select Security Account tab:
select the box Allow Anonymous Connections
deselect Allow Only Anonymous Connections
To Set Anonymous Connection on the Default Web Site:
1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet
Service Manager.
2. Select the Default Web Site.
3. Select Action Properties.
4. Select Directory Security tab.
5. Click Edit in Anonymous Access and Authentication Control
select Basic Authentication (Password is sent in Clear Text)
