  • Page 17 Using softkey Softkeys are the keys that are automatically configured with context- dependent functions by the MiVoice Office 400 communications system. Keys are directly labelled with the function. The softkeys are set to the most commonly used functions, with one softkey always being the More key ( ) when more than six softkeys are configured.
