Power Standby Switch Disable Jumper

Each tray's backplane provides a jumper that enables the chassis power standby switch to control
the outputs of the power supplies. (see

Power Supplies

The ZT 5085 system is designed for use with standard 3U by 8HP CompactPCI* power supplies
that comply with the PICMG 2.11 Power Interface Specification R1.0.
The ZT 5085 platform uses 250 W AC or DC CompactPCI power supplies. These supplies provide
non-IPMI management features(DEG#, FAIL#, and INH#). However, the ZT 5085 is designed to
accommodate higher wattage power supplies and IPMI-based power supplies.
For information about working with the power supplies, refer to

AC Input Power Supplies

AC systems are powered by the Intel
Supply.
The AC input ZT 6303 is a hot-swap, CompactPCI* power supply using a standard Positronic 47-
pin connector that is fully compliant with the PICMG 2.11 Power Interface Specification. High
current density allows this unit to deliver up to 40A on both the +5 V and +3.3 V outputs at 50 ºC.
Remote sense and active current share on the +5 V, +3.3 V, and +12 V outputs along with OR'ing
FETs allow these units to be used in redundant, hot-swap applications.

The DC input ZT 6313 is a hot-swap, CompactPCI* power supply using a standard Positronic 47-
pin connector that is fully compliant with the PICMG* 2.11 Power Interface Specification. High
current density allows this unit to deliver up to 40 A on both the +5 V and +3.3 V outputs at 50º C.
