Formatting printed data

The Print menu contains fields and parameters for formatting printed data.
Print menu configuration options:
Line terminator
Printing of axis labels
Printing of axis units
Form feed (optional)
To format printed data:
Highlight the Print menu
Highlight the Line Terminator parameter
Press a soft key to select a carriage return CR or carriage return/line feed CR/LF
to terminate each line of data sent to a computer or printer
Highlight the Print Axis Labels parameter
Press the Yes or No soft key to include or exclude axis labels in data sent to a
computer or printer
Highlight the Print Axis Units parameter
Press the Yes or No soft key to include or exclude axis units in data sent to a
computer or printer
Highlight the Form Feed parameter
Press the Yes or No soft key to enable or disable a Form Feed at the end of data
sent to a computer or printer
Highlight the Print Edges parameter
Press the List soft key
Use the up and down arrow keys to select a Print Edges format
