Calibrating stage squareness

Stage squareness calibration is used for correcting any angle deviation in a stage
that contains two axes that are perpendicular to each other.
The Squareness menu contains fields and parameters for calibrating the
squareness of the measuring system.
Squareness menu options:
Angle
Master Axis
The calibration of stage squareness requires the use of a standard
square artifact.
To calibrate squareness:
Align the squareness calibration artifact with the reference axis for the
squareness calibration. This axis will be the Master axis.
Highlight the Squareness menu
Highlight the Master Axis parameter
Press a soft key to choose the reference (Master) axis for squareness
calibration
Highlight the Angle field
Press the Teach soft key to begin the squareness calibration
Follow the instructions shown on the display to complete the calibration
Press the finish key
The parameters are saved and the Setup menu is displayed
