Descriptions
Stores the information of I/O connected to each axis.
Stores the maximum value of difference
between the command value and
feedback value of the unit.
Stores the pulse input values (pulser,
feedback pulse, couner) according to the
pulse input purposes.
The pulse input value is stored by
integrating the pulse input values until
changing the pulse input purpose or
clearing the pulse input.
Stores the number of active positioning
table or when the operation completed.
Stores the auxiliary output code.
Stores the setting value of repeat count
for positioning.

When specifying the repeat count to be
unlimited, 255 is stored.
