Default Description
Stores the monitor values of the positioning table
numbers during the execution or on the

completion of each channel.
Stored value: 0-20
Stores the repeat count during the operation of
each channel. The execution start time is
counted as "1". When the repeat count exceeds
the upper limit, it returns to "0". When the repeat

operation is not enabled, "0" is stored at the
positioning control start time.
Stored value: 0-65535
Stores the elapsed values (current value
coordinate) of each channel.
Range: -1,073,741,824 to 1,073,741,823
