Gear oil replacement

the middle gear and under the final gear case.

cap(s) and the drain plug(s), and drain the oil.

E. Clutch Adjustment
This model has a clutch cable length adjustor and a
clutch mechanism adjustor. The cable length adjustor5
are used to take up slack from cable stretch and to
provide sufficient free play for proper clutch operation
under various operating conditions. The clutch mech-
anism adjustor is used to provide the correct amount
of clutch "throw" for proper disengagement. Normal-

Loosen either the handle lever adjustor lock
nut or the cable length adjustor lock nut.
Next, turn the length adjustor either in or out
until proper lever free play is achieved.
