Note 1: The Automatic Call Distribution feature has the ability to define
an emergency key on agent telephones. When the agent presses this key,
a supervisor is conferenced in and the call can be recorded with external
recording equipment. Please note that unless site specific approval is
given, a recorded warning tone must be provided to each party in the call.
This tone is not available on the Meridian 1 system. Acceptable
recording equipment must supply this tone.
