Compensated CB status

This module calculates the compensated CB status for sheddable load1. The
L1_CB_COMPS output provides the compensated CB status for sheddable load1.
The conditions to set the L1_CB_COMPS output as "Close".
The input CB_POS_L1 (sheddable load1 circuit breaker position) is "Close".
The input IED_QVAL_L1 (sheddable load1 IED data quality) is "Good".
When either of the above conditions are not met, L1_CB_COMPS output is "Open".

Load inhibit logic

The sheddable load1 can be inhibited by an operator based on the Inhibit L1 setting.
The sheddable load1 can be inhibited by a system based on various conditions as
shown in the
Table
281.
If the sheddable load1 is not inhibited by the system or operator, the L1_INHIBIT
output is "Not Inhibit".
