3.17.3 Resetting Parameters to Factory Default

In order to reset the parameters to factory default, either select the menu item "Parameters  Reset pa-
rameters to factory default" or press the corresponding button (see Fig. 3.55) in the "General" toolbar.

A dialog is displayed (see Fig. 3.56) where you can select which parameters should be reset.

The following parameters can be reset:
- Sensor settings: The parameters of the used sensor (see Chapter
- Display settings: The settings for the scaling of the 2D/3D-View (see Chapter 3.8).
- Lighting/Surface: The settings for the lighting and surface (see Chapter 3.9).

3D-View settings: The 3D-View settings (see Chapter 3.11).
- Measuring programs: All measuring programs will be removed from the active program list. (see
Chapter 3.12)
Press the "Check all" button in order to select all parameter types. Press the "Check all" button in
order to deselect all parameter types again.
Press "OK" in order to reset the selected parameters.

3.18 User management

3D Inspect offers the possibility to work with two different user levels. The usage of the user levels can be
activated in the main settings (see Chap. 3.21). Use the "User  Log on" or "User  Log off" menu item
to log on or of a user. You may use the "User  User management" menu item in order set up new us-
ers. The following users and user levels are defined by default:
