4 - Directory selection: Select a folder where point clouds will be saved automatically if the corre-
sponding option is active (see Chapter 3.6.2).
- Filename generation: This parameter defines how the filename will be generated for automatic
saved point clouds:
 Sensor info: [Date] [Time]-[Model name]-[Serial number]
 Part number: [Date] [Time]-[Part number] (see above, Section 3 and Chapter 7.3)
- 3D Data: Select which data will be saved when automatic saving is active:
 Sensor: Saves the point cloud which has been transferred by the connected sensor.
 "Outputs and results" view: The point cloud which has been selected in the "Outputs
and results" view (see Chapter 7, Section 1) will be saved

Use FIFO buffer: If this parameter is active, a maximum number for saving point clouds auto-
matically can be defined. The oldest files in the given folder (see above) will be deleted when
the maximum number is exceeded.

FIFO buffer size: Defines the maximum number for saving point clouds automatically.
5 Reset to factory default: Use this button in order to reset all parameters of this dialog to factory
default.
Note: The settings in this dialog are effective globally and are not included when loading or saving pa-
rameters.
