Unload the pressure relief valve at the P/T distributor. To this purpose, screw out the

adjustment element at the valve counterclockwise.
Check the training set-up for residual pressures that might exist and unload them by

operating the valves in the training set-up.
Press the red "Off" pushbutton at the control box.

Where required (e.g. for transport or in case of longer standstill), disconnect the mains

plug from the power supply.

The control box of the hydraulic power unit of the WS200 work station has an
EMERGENCY OFF circuit. The operated EMERGENCY OFF circuit will remain functional until
the EMERGENCY OFF pushbutton at the control box is unlocked again.

Danger due to incalculable risk
Before unlocking the EMERGENCY OFF pushbutton, determine the cause for

its operation.
If you cannot find any cause for the operation, complete the steps described in

chap. 8.2 to chap. 8.5.
The EMERGENCY OFF pushbutton is unlocked by slightly turning and pulling at the
actuation element.
