The tank has a useful volume of 6.2 liters and comprises of the following assemblies:
• Filler neck with end cap and breathing filter
• 1x oil level display (inspection glass)
• 1x connection for a measuring glass
• Oil drain screw.
By means of the visual filling level indicator (inspection glass), you can visually check
the filling level. For more detailed information refer to chap. 8.3.
By means of this connection, a measuring glass can be connected.
The tank is filled with hydraulic fluid via the filler neck. The filler neck is closed by
means of an end cap.
At the central connection block, the electric motor, the pump and the tank are
mounted. The central connection block is equipped with a check valve and
a pressure relief valve. The check valve prevents a fast pressure reduction in the
pressure line when the hydraulic power unit is switched off. The pressure relief valve
has been set at the factory to 70 bar. It protects the pressure line from exceedance
of the pre-set value.
The hydraulic power unit is connected to the P/T distributor by means of hydraulic
hose lines.
The asynchronous one-phase motor is used to drive the external gear pump.
Mechanically, the motor is connected to the pump via an elastic coupling.
This prevents vibrations and thus reduces the noise level.
Cooling of the motor during operation is realized by a directly flanged fan.
The voltage supply of the hydraulic power unit is effected via the control box.
The control box is equipped with an "On" pushbutton (green) for starting the
hydraulic power unit, an "Off" pushbutton (red) for stopping the hydraulic power
unit and an EMERGENCY OFF pushbutton. The EMERGENCY OFF pushbutton is
equipped with step mechanics and a spool position indicator. For the operation,
push the pushbutton; for unlocking, rotate the pushbutton. At the side of the control
box, there is a bracket for storing the power cable.
For the electrical connection, the power cable is equipped with a safety plug
(CEE 7/7 design). The voltage supply and the mains line are designed according to
the customer specifications and the country specifications.
The hydraulic power unit is fastened at the cross member. The cross member is
connected to the base frame by means of two angles.
The external gear pump is located within the tank and is directly mounted at
the central connection block. The suction line of the pump is equipped with
a suction filter.
