11.1 Monitor

Following a backup, the old passwords
are valid again
USB connecting cable of the
SmartBucket not connected to the
monitor
SmartBucket not activated
Remedy
Provide power supply
Provide power supply and charge
rechargeable battery
Replace rechargeable battery
• Touch the touchscreen display
• Press the ON/OFF button
Switch on the device
Check whether power is being supplied
Inform seca Service
• Switch off the device (press and hold the
ON/OFF button for approx. 15 seconds)
• Switch the device back on
Inform seca Service
• Use the new password
• If new password not known, contact
administrator
• Use the old password
Administrator:
• If you no longer know the old password,
assign a new password
• Have the administrator password reset by
seca Service
• Connect the USB connecting cable of the
SmartBucket to the monitor
• Restart the device
Administrator:
Activate SmartBucket: ➔
