7. TROUBLESHOOTING

7.1 Power supply and display

Device had load on it before it was
switched on

Remedy
Check whether power is being supplied
Replace power pack with original part
• Touch the touchscreen display
• Press the on/off button
• Place a load on the device
Switch on device
Check whether power is being supplied
Inform seca service
• Switch off the device (press and hold the
on/off button for approx. 3 seconds)
• Switch the device back on
Inform seca service
Remedy
• Remove the load from the device
• Switch off the device, then switch back on
again
Remove the load from the device
• Set up the device in an ambient
temperature between +10 °C and +40 °C
• Wait for around 15 minutes until the
device has adapted to the ambient
temperature
• Remove the load or distribute the load
evenly
• Restart the device
