You must be equipped with a standard set of tools. This tool set must comprise the
normal tools for cable installation tasks. This includes different screwdriver types,
pliers, spanners, a cable stripper, a soldering iron, etc. Each tool must be provided in
various sizes. We recommend that all tools are demagnetized to protect your equipment.
Depending on the tasks at hand, additional tools may be required.
Context
The Auxiliary socket on the Wide Band
Transceiver (WBT) can be used to interface an
external synchronization system.
The socket fits a Conxall 7-pin Mini-Con-X
shielded plug. The connections are made on pins
2, 3 and 5. The plug can be ordered from the
manufacturer or purchased from Kongsberg Maritime. Use part number 387563.
