Symptom:

*DRIVER DOOR SWITCH OR SWITCHES INOPERATIVE

DTC PRESENT
SELECT SWITCH OR SWITCHES
DRIVER DOOR SWITCH MUX WIRE OPEN
DRIVER DOOR SWITCH RETURN WIRE OPEN
DRIVER HANDLE SWITCH RETURN WIRE OPEN
DRIVER DOOR LOCK SWITCH RETURN WIRE OPEN
DRIVER HANDLE SWITCH MUX WIRE OPEN
DRIVER DOOR LOCK SWITCH MUX WIRE OPEN
BODY CONTROL MODULE - SWITCH MUX OPEN
BODY CONTROL MODULE - SWITCH RETURN OPEN
DRIVER HANDLE SWITCH
DRIVER DOOR LOCK SWITCH
BODY CONTROL MODULE
TEST
1 With the DRBIII , read DTC's.
Does the DRBIII display any Driver Door Switch related trouble codes?
Yes → Refer to symptom list for problems related to POWER DOOR
→ Go To 2
No
2 Select the appropriate Drivers Door Switch or Switches that are inoperative.
All Switches except Cylinder Unlock
Interior or Exterior Handle Switch
Cylinder Unlock Switch
Door Lock Switch
POSSIBLE CAUSES
ACTION
LOCKS/RKE.
Go To 3
Go To 8
A defective Driver Cylinder Unlock Switch will set a trouble code.
With the DRBIII , read DTCs and refer to symptom list for
problems related to POWER DOOR LOCKS/RKE.
