measuring roll
that fulfills at least
Grade G-2.5 ISO 1940-1.
Self aligning bearings
Allow axial expansion
when using long rolls
and large temperature
changes are expected.
Mounting surface
must be flat within
0.1 mm (0.004 in.)
Stable foundation
If the measuring roll is driven,
always consult ABB to ensure
a solution with minimised risk
of disturbances.

load cells in accordance with the requirements below.

for the adapter plates is 24 Nm (18 ft.-lb).
Follow the manufacturer´s recommendation
for other screws.
