The instructions below apply to a typical mounting arrangement. Variations may be allowed,
provided that they comply with the requirements in
1.
Clean the foundation and other mounting surfaces.
2.
Fit the lower adapter plate to the load cell.
Tighten the screws (included in delivery) with a torque wrench to 24 Nm (18

Fit the load cell and the lower adapter plate to the foundation,
but do not fully tighten the screws.
4.
Fit the upper adapter plate to the load cell.
Tighten the screws (included in delivery) with a torque wrench to 24 Nm (18

Fit the bearing housing and the roll to the upper adapter plate,
but do not fully tighten the screws.
When mounting bearings or other adjacent details to adapter plates, screws must
not protrude into the load cell. The load cell can be damaged by an excessive
applied force.
Note!
The screw must not
protrude into the load cell.
6.
Adjust the load cells according to the installation requirements.
Tighten the foundation screws.
7.
Adjust the roll according to the installation requirements.
Tighten the screws in the upper adapter plate.
The cable must be supported with clamps and routed to prevent force shunting through the
cable.
