Select the ramps for increasing or decreasing target variable.
The bits select the values from a parameter table (SC_RCONF)

This bit also has an alternative function for acknowledging errors:
- Failure of the 24 V supply
- Error in the output stage: short circuit, wire break, overload, undervoltage
If the error is no longer present, the rising edge has the effect that all errors are acknowledged in the
K-Bus status byte.
