Function Block: Linearization

This function block is used to compensate for static nonlinearities within the
connected valve. For this purpose, up to 20 supporting points can be defined, by
means of which the characteristic curve can be gradually approximated. A
supporting point consists of an x-coordinate and a y-coordinate. The supporting
points are designated as "P1 ... P20" and can be set in a table ( see section 9)
