Climb or Descent
a.
Using CVS
1)
CVS Button - PRESS and HOVE aircraft nose to
the desired attitude.
2)
CVS Button
RELEASE.
Autopilot
will
maintain aircraft pitch attitude up to the
pitch limits of +15° or -10°.
b.
Using Vertical Trim
1)
VERTICAL TRIK Control -
PRESS either up or
down to modify aircraft
attitude at a rate
of .7 deg/sec.
up
to
the
pitch limits of
+15° or -10°.
2)
VERTICAL TRIM Control - RELEASE when desired
aircraft attitude is
reached. The autopilot
will maintain the desired pitch attitude.
c.
Using Vertical Speed Select (if installed).
