TOSLINE-S20LP Fiber Optic Code Connection

LC51* and a TOSLINE-S20LP station are connected with an Fiber Optic Code.
Fiber Optic Connectors are the parts processed precisely.
Since the Fiber Optic Code is made of glass, please damage the tips of a connector or do not
soil it. Connection loss of a connector increases by dirt and the crack of a tip portion, and
causes communication error generating. When you deal with an Fiber Optic Code by wiring
work, be careful of the following point.
(1) Connection of a Fiber Optic Connector should unite a key and a key-slot, and please insert
them until there is click sound in it.
(2) When you do not use a Fiber Optic Connector, please attach a cap and be sure to protect
the tips.
(3) Please do not bend a Fiber Optic Code strongly. The permissible radius in the case of
incurvating an optical fiber code is 50mm or more.
(4) Please do not pull a Fiber Optic Code strongly. The limit (temporary) of the tension of a
Fiber Optic Code is 25kg or less. Moreover, the limit (temporary) of the tension of an
attachment portion with a Fiber Optic Connector is about 2kg.
(5) When you clamp a Fiber Optic Code, please do not apply too much compression power.
Usually, although the compression-proof power (temporary) of a Fiber Optic Cable is
about 100kg/50mm, about a Fiber Optic Code, it is strict prohibition fundamentally.
(6) In wiring of a Fiber Optic Code, please clamp in order not to add tension of a code to a
connector part directly. Moreover, the load permitted by the attachment portion of a Fiber
Optic Connector is 200g or less.
