When H1=1.0 and H2=0.0, LN is an equivalent instruction
(however, Y=0 when U1=0) and (LOG) is a substitute
application.
When H1=1.0 and H2=0.0, EXP is an equivalent
instruction and (EXP) is a substitute application.
When PV tag is registered, this function is executed by
standard input processing (integration value). For other
than above, (SUM) is a substitute application.
Data type of TOFU1 is converted to REAL_TO_TIME and
data is corrected by H2 and H3 and then enter data.
