The standard processing for analog input is executed. The same
processing is executed except for sensor error (PVI) occurrence
condition.
• In the case other than mV
AI input < 4480 or AI input = 32767
• In the case of mV
Larger than input count high limit (CH) or smaller than input count
low limit (CL) [Considering the deviation of AI, PVI is detected
when the input is shifted upward or downward a little from CH or
CL.]
When SIG is "Pulse contact" or "Pulse voltage," the standard
processing for pulse input is executed.
