PV
This value can be set when scan is Off (SCN = 1). When application
program is used to correct PV (PV<>PVC), PV is open to application
program.
SCN
Standard input processing is stopped when SCN = 1 and standard input
processing is executed when SCN = 0.
SIM
Simulation is specified when SIM = 1 and simple loop-back of MV
will be executed.
SPR
The following alarms will be reset when SPR is 1: PVH, PVL, PVD, PVI
and PRE
RST
Initialization of TTL tag integrated value will be executed when RST = 1. BOOL
PDE
I/O module error. An ADC error or module down is generated.
PVI
Input signal error. Broken wire or an error of sensor (out of range)
occurred. For condition of PVI generation, refer to Signal type code
(SIG).
PRE
Either a device error (PDE) or a sensor error (PVI) occurred. PRE is
used to monitor PV of its own and temperature/pressure correction PV
using PV error processing definition (PRD).
PVH
PV has exceeded PH.
PVL
PV is less than PL.
PVD
PV rate-of-change has exceeded DPL.
DEU
Unconfirmed bit of each error. When "LDU alarm restoration method"
for LC5** module parameter is a confirmed restoration method, this is
used as unconfirmed bit. This is not used in auto restoration.
