6.4.4 Alarm icon
This is an icon display to notify that a system alarm, I/O alarm or process alarm is generated.
This icon appears automatically when an alarm occurs and disappears when the alarm
condition returns to normal.
• Alarm icon to update alarm icon display diagnoses all of the causes of alarms for system alarm,

Supplementary explanation
I/O alarm, process alarm at every 500ms period separated into 23 times. Therefore, it takes
11.5s (0.5s × 23) maximum starting when an alarm occurs and until an alarm icon appears (or
starting when the alarm recovers until the alarm icon disappears.)
