• Since the areas not described in the table (the first 4 words and the last 2 words) and
the areas marked by "−" are System region areas, do not rewrite the data in these
areas. If rewritten, the function of I/O module becomes unstable.
Details of alarm data
Alarm data (2 words, 32 bits) is divided into 4 items of 8-bit data. Each item is described
below.
Word 4, bits 0 to 7: I/O bus transmission error (module down)
Word 4, bits 8 to 15: ADC error / Reference pulse input error
Word 5, bits 0 top 7: Read-back error / Output reset (bit 4 only for LP03/LP04)
Word 5, bits 8 to 15: Unused
