3. Safety Precautions on Maintenance and inspection
Turn off power when you remove or insert modules
or boards, or connect any device.
Otherwise, it can cause electrical shock, or cause
damage to the equipment.
Do not allow the equipment or boards to fall off, hit
against something hard or do not give strong shock
to them.
Any of these acts can cause damage to the
equipment.
Touch a grounded metal part to discharge the static
electricity on your body before touching the
equipment or boards.
Otherwise, charged static electricity on your body
can cause malfunction or failure.
Use soft cloth to clean the equipment, modules or
boards.
If it is really dirty, wife off dirt using cloth dipped in
water and squeezed out.
Leaving them dirty can cause erroneous judgment or
erroneous operation.

Make sure that the external power is turned off when
you remove or insert modules after wiring is
completed. However, LP03 and LP04 can be
excluded.
When you remove or insert LP03/LP04 while power
is applied, do not touch the terminal block.
Place any modules or boards removed from the unit
or the basic unit on a conductive mat or conductive
bag (used to contain a spare board, etc.) on an
grounded desk.
Otherwise, static electricity can damage components
of the modules or the boards.
Do not apply benzene and thinner when cleaning the
equipment, modules or boards.
Otherwise, it can cause deformation or discoloration
of the equipment panel, modules or boards.
