If the value exceeds the maximum integrated value (MAX), overflow processing
[(Integrated value−MAX)] will be executed.
• The conversion precision for standard input/output is a single precision real number
(valid digits are 5 to 6 digits in decimal number). (For integrated value, its precision is a
double precision real number.)
• To execute integrated value conversion (analog integration/pulse integration) by
standard input/output, valid digits should be considered for setting.
[If setting is made without considering valid digits, such problem as "Integrated value
does not agree with the count value in the field" occurs.]
(2) LP processing
The following operations will be executed according to the setting of the controller
(parameter)
• Current output conversion
When the control mode is C, A or RM, MV will be converted to the output of the
intelligent serial AO.
Output direction = R: 4−20mA output for AO when MV = 0−100%
Output direction = D: 20−4mA output for AO when MV = 0−100%
When the control mode is M, MV read-back of the read-back count for intelligent serial
AO module will be executed.
• Pulse output conversion
When an output request flag is set by program, output request value will be converted to
the counter of intelligent serial PO.
(3) PB processing
The following operations will be executed in accordance with the setting of the pushbutton
variable (parameter).
• DI input processing
DI of the specified intelligent serial I/O will be stored to FI of #PB.
Input inversion processing will be executed depending on the setting.
• DO output processing
When a button operation is made from an upstream device, FO set, reset and inversion
will be executed depending on the setting of the pushbutton variable (parameter).
FO of pushbutton variable (data) will be output to DO of the specified intelligent serial I/O.
Output inversion processing will be executed depending on the setting.
This processing is executed only when the control mode is A or RM.
• DO read-back
Read-back DO of the specified intelligent serial I/O will be stored to FO of #PB.
This processing will be executed only when the control mode is M.
Module error diagnosis
Down of the intelligent serial I/O card specified by DI input/DO output
If [DU] occurs, an IOE alarm of the pushbutton will be generated.
