the skylight actuator.

Operation
After checking the AC
actuator, set Set light mode
to the status before you
perform 1.
On the WebUI of the
ECC800, choose
Monitoring > Aisle >
Skylight Actuator
Group > Skylight
Actuator to enter the
Controls page, and
remotely control the
skylight.
NOTE
If you open the skylight
remotely for maintenance,
manually close the skylight
after the maintenance is
complete.
On the WebUI of the
ECC800, choose
Monitoring > Aisle >
Access Actuator
Group > Access
Actuator to enter the
Controls page, and
remotely control the
doors.
Open the door by pushing
the exit button.
Open the door by pushing
the emergency button.
NOTE
The emergency button
needs to be pressed twice.
One press will open the
door, and the other press
will reset the emergency
button.
(Optional) Open the door
using an authorized
fingerprint.
(Optional) Open the door

The skylight in the smart
module aisle can be
normally controlled
through the skylight
actuator.
The smart module aisle
doors can be normally
controlled through the
access actuator.
The door opens normally
after you push the exit
button.
The door opens normally
after you push the
emergency button.
The aisle door can be
opened.
The aisle door can be
4 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If the skylight cannot be
normally controlled,
check whether the cable
between the skylight
magnetic lock and
actuator is in good
condition and securely
connected. If not, replace
the skylight magnetic
lock or actuator.
If the smart module aisle
doors cannot be normally
controlled, check whether
the magnetic lock cable is
loose or disconnected. If
so, reconnect the cable. If
not, replace the access
actuator or magnetic
lock.
If the other devices in the
access control system are
working properly and the
door cannot be opened by
pushing the exit button,
replace the exit button.
If the other devices in the
access control system are
working properly and the
door cannot be opened by
pushing the emergency
button, replace the
emergency button.
If the aisle door cannot be
opened, check the cable
connection. If the cable is
properly connected,
replace the access control
device.
