Standard
The temperature
deviation is less than 1° C,
or the humidity deviation
is less than 5%.
No foreign matter exists
in the fan.
The fan blades are intact.
No abnormal noise is
generated when the fan is
running.
Check that the screws on
the fan are not loose or
distorted.
The evaporator fins are
not pushed down.
Check that the thermal
insulation foam on the
chilled water pipe is
intact.
The pipe base is intact
and securely installed.
The chilled water pipe
does not leak.
The smart cooling
product drainpipe is free
from leaks and blockages.
4 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If the temperature
deviation is greater than
1° C or humidity
deviation is greater than
5%, calibrate or replace
the T/H sensors by
referring to the smart
cooling product manual.
Clear foreign matter.
Repair the fan blades. If
the fan blades are
irreparable, replace the
fan.
Clear foreign matter.
Check that screws
securing the fan are
tightened.
Tighten or replace
screws.
Use a fin brush to
organize the fins that are
pushed down.
Wrap the thermal
insulation foam again.
Secure the base.
Close the water inlet stop
valve, repair the leaking
point, and rewrap the
thermal insulation foam.
If the drainpipe leaks,
repair the leaks. If the
drainpipe is blocked,
clear the blockage inside
the pipe.
