Disconnect the ECU related connectors before checking.

YES
Go to step 5.
NO
a. Replace the wire harness.
b. Execute the diagnostic mode. (Code D07)
c. Rotate the rear wheel by hand and check that the indicated value increases.
Is that value increased?
YES
Go to step 7.
NO
Go to step 5.
5. Malfunction in ECU.
• Replace the ECU.
Refer to "REPLACING THE ECU (Engine Control Unit)" on page 8-93.
• Execute the diagnostic mode. (Code D07)
• Rotate the rear wheel by hand and check that the indicated value increases.
