A. Route the remote control unit lead on the
inside of the brake hose.
B. Route the brake hose on the outside of all
the leads.
C. Install the wire harness clamp into the hole
in the electrical components tray.
D. Route the auxiliary DC jack lead on the
inside of the brake hose.
E. Make sure there is no sag in the grip
warmer lead wires (right) in this section.

F. Pass the horn lead inside the cooling sys-
tem air bleed hose.
G. Insert the injector couplers separately into
#1 and #2.
H. Route the radiator fan motor lead on the
inside of the radiator inlet hose.
I. Fasten the radiator fan motor lead with the
clamp and install it into the hole in the radi-
ator bracket.
J. Fasten the wire harness with the clamp
and install it into the hole in the bracket.
K. Route the wire harness on the inside of the
brake hose.
L. Install the wire harness clamp into the hole
in the electrical components tray.
M. Install the wire harness clamp into the hole
in the bracket.
N. Install the clamp of the steering lock unit
lead into the hole in the bracket.
O. Route the rear brake lock cable between
the frame and the wire harness.
P. Route the rear brake lock cable between
the frame and the brake hose.
Q. Route the rectifier/regulator lead between
the wire harness and the electrical compo-
nents tray.
R. Number of leads going to the handlebar
switch (XP560E: 6, XP560D: 4)
S. Do not fasten the bare wire and coupler
directly with the plastic locking tie. The end
of the plastic locking tie should face toward
the left from the front.
T. Front of the vehicle
U. Range of arrangement of the end of the
plastic locking tie.
V. Left side of the vehicle
W. Install the wire harness clamp into the hole
in the front fuel tank bracket.
