Since the line is thickened outward from the specified coordinates, the coordinates needs to be
specified after adding to or subtracting from the specified coordinates the thickness to thicken the line
inward. (In the case of Zebra, the line is thickened inward.)

In the case of Zebra, if the ellipse width (ellipse height) is set to 3 or less or omitted, the value of the
ellipse height (ellipse width) is not applied to printing and a point is drawn.
In the case of Oki Data, if the ellipse width (ellipse height) is set to 3 or less or omitted, printing is
performed with width (height) 2 and the set ellipse height (ellipse width).
