d = Direction:
H = Horizontal printing
V = Vertical printing
R = Reverse printing (right to left)
When omitted: "Default rotation angle" in the default setting file
g = Additional inter-character gap (in dots)
0 to 9999
When omitted: "Inter-character gap" in the default setting file
* The maximum value of the inter-character gap differs depending on the selected font.
The maximum value for fonts other than Font 1 is +99. For Font 0, it is +512.

When mixed with ^FB (field block), operation may not performed properly.

The inter-character gap value set in ^FPV command is ignored (Also ignored with Zebra).

In the case of vertical printing of proportional fonts, since the inter-character space is invalid, some
characters may be printed overlapped.
