a = Hexadecimal indicator
Characters except for the current format and control prefix ('^' '~')

When omitted : _ (underscore)
*1 The code corresponding to the indicator differs from that with Zebra.
*2 1-byte hexadecimal code indicators such as "_F" before ^FS are also converted.
