Quality 0 to 140: Odd value

When the number of rows is set, this is the same value as the number of rows.

This parameter is valid only when the ECC type is set to 200.
*1 For the control character, '~,' '^,' and codes that cannot be entered using the key are not supported.
*2 If the command is sent without setting data (only ^FS and ^XZ are set while ^FD^FS and ^FD are
not set), the barcode will not be printed.
