Troubleshooting
5 Check that the fixed wash reservoir is correctly mounted.
6 Check that the rack configuration is correct.
If all accessories are fitted correctly, reset the unit and attempt to enter
the fixed wash reservoir again. If unsuccessful, perform user calibration.
User calibration makes minor adjustments to the centering of the sample
probe on the Agilent SPS 4.
For information on user calibration, refer to
Calibration Wizard".
If you performed the calibration procedure but the problem remains
unresolved, contact your Agilent customer support representative.

Communication Problems

1 Check that the computer and the autosampler have the same
2 Disconnect the USB cable and initialize the autosampler to ensure that
