Main PCA and P-VLV PCA

Use the following instructions and reference Figure 4-20 to replace the main pca () or
the p-vlv pca ().
1. Use the instructions in "Access the Electronics Box" to open the electronics box.
2. Disconnect all wire connectors from the main pca () and disconnect the two
3. Remove the four screws and washers () that secure the main pca () to the p-vlv
4. Remove the main pca () from the electronics box ().
5. Remove the standoffs () that secure the p-vlv pca () to the electronics box ()
6. Lift the p-vlv pca () out of the electronics box (). The amplifier pca assemblies
7. Carefully align the new p-vlv pca () on top of the amplifier pca assemblies ().
8. Once aligned, slowly push down on the new p-vlv pca () to connect the two
9. Install the standoffs () that secure the p-vlv pca () to the electronics box ()
10. Install the four screws and washers () that secure the main pca () to the p-vlv pca
11. Install the main PCA ().
12. Connect all wire connectors from the main pca () and connect the two precision
13. Use the instructions in "Chassis and Control Panel" on page 4-9 to install the control

precision control valve connectors to the bottom of the p-vlv pca (). See Figure 4-
20 for an illustration of all the connectors.
