Power Supply PCA and Intensifier PCA

Use the following instructions and Figure 5-16 to replace the power supply pca ().

Remove the chassis and separate the chassis. See "Chassis" on page 5-11.
Put the control panel () on a flat work surface upside down, using support blocks
to keep it raised above the surface.
Disconnect the wires to the power supply pca () and the Intensifier pca (). The
membrane keypad connector is marked at "J1" on the pca. The ribbon cable
connector releases by lifting up on the left and right side edges.
Remove the four screws () that secures the intensifier pca () to the standoffs
().
For power supply pca () replacement, remove the four screws () and lock
washers () and standoffs () from the power supply pca ().
Remove the four screws () that secures the power supply pca () to the control
panel (). There are four small spacers under the power supply which will need to
be reused.
Remove the power supply pca ().
Position the new power supply pca () on the control panel () and on the small
spacers, and then secure it with four screws () and lock washers ().
Position the intensifier pca () on the standoffs () and secure it with four screws
() and lock washers ().
