Cannot import the template
Check the contents of the
file.
Check the proxy settings.
Cannot import
The following are the
possible causes.
- The Zip file format is
incorrect
- The text file format is
incorrect
- The file name is incorrect
- There is no text file or
there are more than two
- There is no certificate file
Try again after checking
the following causes.
Causes
• The character code format
of text file is not Unicode
little endian.
• The settings of the template
are not tab-separated.
• The file name has
character(s) that cannot be
used or exceeds 255
characters.
• The folder has no text file.
• The folder has no image
files.
• The extension of the image
files are not JPG or PNG.
• The text file does not
follow the correct format.
The proxy server setting is
incorrect.
The file could not be imported
due to one of the following:
• The format of the zip file is
incorrect
• The character code format
of text file is not Unicode
little endian
• The text file is not tab-
separated
• The file name includes one
or more characters that
cannot be used or the
number of characters is
greater than 255
• There is either no text file
or more than one text file
• There is no certificate file
If a Message is Displayed during Operation
Solutions
Create the file in the correct format,
and then try again.
Specify the correct proxy server
setting.
Resolve the cause of the error, and
then try again.
