Cannot continue remote
whiteboard because of a
communication error
The following are possible
causes.
- The network settings are
incorrect
- The network cable is not
connected
Check the network status
and then try again.
Cannot start remote
whiteboard
A communication error has
occurred.
Try again later or contact
your administrator.
Cannot delete the page
Try again later.
Cannot add the page(s)
There is no data to save

Causes
• The network cable is
not connected.
• The IP address is not
set.
• No IP address can be
obtained over DHCP.
• The IP address of the
host whiteboard is
incorrect.
The computer that is being
used has been disconnected
from the network.
The file that you are trying to
delete is still being
downloaded.
A network failure may occur
on a device using remote
whiteboard.
Before any pages were
saved to the specified
location, one or more of the
selected pages was deleted.
Solutions
Check the network status and open the
session again.

Network Settings, see page 167
"Configuring Network Settings".
Connect to the network and start the
remote whiteboard again.
Wait for a while and then try to delete
the page again.
Wait for a while and then try to add
the page again.
• Select and save the pages again.
• Finish the remote whiteboard
