• Cannot access the

are incorrect
• The server settings are
wrong
Failed to perform license
authentication.
The following are possible
causes:
• Cannot access the

• Insufficient licenses
(card) information.
If a Message is Displayed during Operation
Solutions
• Check the user information.
• Delete the account.
Restart the machine. If you cannot login
after restarting, contact your
administrator.
Check the network settings and the
server settings. Also, check the network
status.
