Causes
Machine initialization may
have failed because the
system did not enter
standby mode.
Causes
The import has failed due to an
unknown reason.
The format of the e-mail address
is invalid.
Solutions
Quickly press and release the power
button of the machine. When the
machine is turned off, press the power
button again to restart the machine.
When you are using the RICOH
Interactive Whiteboard D3210/
D8600 and [For standby press the
power button] is enabled, press and
hold the power button to shut down the
machine while the whiteboard screen is
displayed.
Solutions
Contact your service representative.
Check that none of the following
applies:
• The e-mail address is left blank.
• More than 64 characters are
used for the local block of the e-
mail address.
• More than 255 characters are
used for the e-mail address.
