PNG file exceeds the
limit.
• The file cannot be
extended because it is
broken, it is protected
by a password, or else.
• The ZIP file includes a
file that has an invalid
name.
• The ZIP file has an
incorrect directory
structure.
• The ZIP file includes a
file whose extension is
other than PNG, such
as a hidden file.
The extension of the file is
incorrect.
If a Message is Displayed during Operation
Solutions
Enter the passcode displayed on the
upper right or left corner of the device
you are accessing.
• Enter the meeting code set when
temporarily saving the file.
• Check that the save period of the
file has not expired.
Upload the correct file.
Upload a file that has a PNG or JPG
extension.
