-Rocker arm shaft (Exhaust)

- Rocker arm shaft (Intake)

6. Lubricate:
- High-quality molybdenum disulfide motor oil
To the rocker arm shaft and a-ring.
NOTE: _
-Thread hole of the rocker arm shaft should be
placed outside.
-Install the shorter rocker arm shaft

(with 0-
ring
@)
on the exhaust side and the longer
shaft
@
(with cutaway
@)
on the intake side.
- Be sure the cutting portion
@
face to intake
side so that the rocker arm shaft do not enter
the cylinder head bolt hole.
8. Lubricate:
-Engine oil
To the bearings of the camshaft.
9. Install:
-Camshaft
CD
- Camshaft housing
@
NOTE: _
The pin
@
on the end of the camshaft must align
with the timing mark
@
on the cylinder head.
10.
Install:
- Bearing holder
CD
- Lock washer
Bolts (Bearing Holder):
8 Nm (0.8 m.kg, 5.8 ft·lb)
WARNING:
Use a. new lock washer.
11. Bend the end of lock washer.
